Vince
Reina, Owner and Master Instructor
Vince had early ambitions to be a professional
dog instructor. He attended Mandelyn Kennel’s
Master Trainers Course in Bakersfield, California.
While training in California, Vince had the
opportunity to work with trainers from all over
the world that were ex-military and police.
With all the knowledge he acquired at Mandelyns,
Vince established Southland Dog Training in
1986 at the young age of 23. Vince has been
a hands on instructor for Southland the past
20 years, and couldn’t imagine having any other
profession.

Mike Cunningham, Instructor
Mike established Green Acre Training Kennel
in 1981, which focused on importing and training
German Shepards for law enforcement. Mike recently
retired from serving as a Sergeant with the
State Prison System in 2004, and now has time
to focus on his passion, training dogs for families.
