Dog Training Should Be Fun!

Dog training should be fun, at least that has always been my philosophy. I grew up around dogs and the majority of my young life was spent training my dogs as well as those belonging to my friends and neighbors. During the past 20 years of dog training I have had the pleasure of working with thousands of puppy's and I can tell you first hand that without a sense of humor I would Have ended up walking away from some of them.

You see what I am getting at is that the training should be fun for you as well as your puppy. If you are stressed out from work the one thing you don't need is a trainer that berates you, makes you feel uncomfortable or is just a plain stick in the mud.

Your puppy also needs to have fun when learning something new. Your puppy should be happy to learn and your trainer will help foster an environment where fun and learning can work hand in hand. From the first day of training you will see that you can get results without baiting or using food and have fun doing it. Each of your training sessions is designed to build off of your first class. So what you learn on your first class also helps you in your second class and so on. Because of this the program gets easier the farther along you get. So all you have to do is practice during the week and have fun training you best friend.
